Return Process

Provide order details along with clear photos or videos showing the issue

Once the return request is reviewed and approved, instructions for return pickup or drop-off will be provided

Refund & Replacement Policy

Refunds for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be processed via bank transfer or mobile financial services

Refunds for advance payments will be returned to the original payment method

Processing time for refunds may take 7–10 working days after return approval
Delivery Charge Policy

If the return is due to a Happy Deals error (wrong or defective product), delivery charges will be borne by Happy Deals
